I have worked for companies like United Biscuits, Whirlpool, Electrolux and General Electric, developing and introducing new products in the premium segment of the market and building strong brands.Deep empathy for both the customer and the consumer; creative approach leading to a differentiated market positioning.

A few years ago I started up my own business Chez Pardon in Greece. It was my passion for fine food, the interest in other cultures and the desire of building a company of my own that motivated me to take this step.

Starting up a business in a South-European country has its challenges. Leaving your comfort zone is essential to cope with the local practices such as the everlasting flow of administrative paperwork, the use of the Greek Cyrillic alphabet and the stringent immigration rules. Not to mention the deteriorating Greek economic situation, with its grip on the economy and its regulations regarding financial transactions...
